According to police, John David Harvey, 34, and 19-year-old Adrianna Nordin, were stopped at the convenience store in Torrington, CT. Patrons who called police said they saw three children, two 10-year-olds along with an 8-year-old climb into your booth connected with an Acura, that has been then shut to their rear.
The couple said there are already five people from the vehicle ahead of the children climbed in. The couple allegedly told police there seemed to be no room inside the car for the children within the 20-mile ride, to make sure they put them from the booth from the car.
Harvey’s lawyer says his client produced ‘bad decision’.
The defendants are convicted of injury risk and breach of peace. Both are free on $1,000 bond.
